Course Description
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is about helping people achieve personal and professional excellence. It’s about getting positive results, creating world class relationships and changing the way you think, behave and act so that you become a more effective person at work and home.
This two-day course examines some of the best bits of NLP, with the aim of getting you up to speed, quickly so that you can use the tools and techniques immediately. It will provide you with the skills necessary to improve your performance at work, whilst giving you a sound understanding of how to get the best out of yourself and the people around you through the use of well-established NLP techniques.
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

- Create a success mind-set
- Manage their state
- Build high quality relationships
- Understand what’s holding them back from success
- Identify other’s preferences

- Explain to others what NLP is
- Practice the tools and techniques
- Build rapport on a conscious and unconscious level
- Ensure they are in a positive state
- Detect states in others and manage them effectively
- Change their own and others’ behaviour
- Identify incongruency in themselves and others
