Course outline
This seminar offers a comprehensive and clinically focused exploration of the Preclinical Clubfoot Deformity and its profound impact on posture and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Through a structured, module-based approach, participants will gain a deep understanding of how this inherited foot structure originates during embryological development and how it begins to influence posture from a child’s very first steps.
The seminar progresses from foot embryology to the real-world biomechanical consequences of the Preclinical Clubfoot Deformity, demonstrating how postural distortion becomes a primary driver of persistent muscle and joint pain. Participants will then learn how to accurately identify this deformity using applied kinesiology and differentiate it from other foot conditions. Practical, evidence-informed treatment strategies are presented using proprioceptive insoles (not orthotics) to correct postural imbalances.
The final module provides a clear, step-by-step guide to fabricating proprioceptive insoles, allowing clinicians to immediately implement this approach in practice. By addressing the root cause of postural distortion at the level of the feet, this method offers a lasting solution aimed at permanently eliminating chronic musculoskeletal pain originating from foot dysfunction.
