Course Description

Perfect Posture 101 is a self-paced online continuing education course designed for chiropractors and healthcare professionals who want to deepen their understanding of posture as a driver of long-term health, function, and musculoskeletal balance.

The course explores how posture is shaped by—and directly influences—neuromuscular patterns, joint integrity, spinal alignment, and overall systemic health. Core concepts include Wolff’s Law, which explains how bone structure adapts to habitual stress, and reciprocal inhibition, which describes how muscle imbalances form through faulty neuromotor patterns.

Participants will also examine the role of proprioception in posture regulation, and how sedentary behaviors can dull sensory feedback systems that are critical to maintaining upright alignment. By connecting these physiological principles with practical clinical strategies, attendees will be able to assess, correct, and educate patients more effectively.

The course provides visual instruction, postural assessment methods, corrective exercise routines, yoga-based movement options, and home-care guidance for managing Upper and Lower Cross Syndromes, postural fatigue, and tension-related pain.

Whether your patients are adolescents, office workers, or aging adults, Perfect Posture 101 offers actionable tools to restore functional alignment and improve long-term spinal health—without relying on braces, gimmicks, or passive care.
