Training the Brain

By now everybody has caught on to the idea that physical exercise is good for health! But let’s take our patients to the next level and teach them how they can benefit from training their brain! We see many conditions in our practice where part of the solution can be found in proper brain exercise.

In this module we will show you how to identify which areas of your patient’s nervous system can improve with the proper stimulation. We will also practice how to stimulate or inhibit the cerebral cortex, brain stem, cerebellum, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and other receptors, by using specific exercises which can address these interactive areas of the nervous system.
