• Exercise & Nutritional advice for pregnancy.
• Latest research and guidelines

• Developing skills in assessing and managing pregnant women
• Gaining knowledge on various aspects of pregnancy including medical management of Pelvic Girdle Pain,
• Understanding and supporting the mother-baby relationship – birth and beyond
