When we consider that every system in our body is controlled by the Central Nervous System, it comes to no surprise that the CNS is called the most important system of body. When the conductor of the show is having an off day, the orchestra will put on a poor performance. The same can be said for the brain and it’s neighboring cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord. This first module of the new Brain & Neuroplasticity series will prepare you for the trip down functional neurology lane. It will demonstrate how to assess someone’s neural health and performance and how to improve it.
