Speaker: Jamie Richards DipION, FdSc, mBANT, NTC and CNHC registered Practitioner

Jamie Richards is a Bristol and South West based nutrition, health and performance consultancy offering a wide range of solutions for individuals, organisations, teams and athletes.He trained at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and more recently qualified as a Clinical Psychoneuroimmunologist with the Natura Foundation. He lectures around the UK and currently has clinics in Bristol, Pamington, Portishead and Dursley.

Learning Outcomes include:

• Learn how to aid recovery from MSK injuries through nutritional principles
• Understand principles such as meal structure, timing and composition
• Understanding of how effective herbs, whole foods and supplements can be in supporting treatment.
