Course Description
In this 90 minute interactive online seminar, you will discover what NLP is (and what it isn’t), where it comes from, how it can help you as a healthcare professional and personally, as well as a high level overview of the skills you’ll learn on the face-to-face course and how they’ll help you in your day-to-day interactions with patients, colleagues, friends and family. You will learn one key NLP skill and have time to practise it with your colleagues during the session.
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Understand what NLP is (and isn’t)
• Appreciate the beginnings and history of NLP
• Know how it can help them as healthcare professionals
• Understand what’s covered in the face-to-face course
• Practise one key NLP skill straight away
On Monday morning, delegates will be able to:
• Feel confident that they know what NLP is
• Explain to others the history of NLP
• Decide if they would benefit from the 2 day face-to-face course
• Put into practice one key skill
Speaker
Jo Blakeley is the Director of Orchard Training and has spent over eight years delivering Confidence, Communication and Leadership Development training to Dental Health Professionals as well as staff at all levels in small, medium and large firms. She is an NLP Trainer (having trained with the co-creator of NLP) and an MBTI Practitioner. She is also qualified in the teaching qualification, PTLLS, Life Coaching and Hypnosis. Prior to setting up Orchard Training, Jo worked as an in-house L&D training professional at KPMG and, between leaving University and joining KPMG in 2002, Jo worked in sales.
