Course Description

Integrating Laser & other protocols to optimise function and potential in the management of a high end age-grouper athletes webinar.

Optimising sporting potential in a high end age grouper athlete requires considerations on various levels. Oftentimes a single tool will not solve a complex multi-faceted problem and when one is chasing that 10% that takes a performance from good to great, we would be well advised to use a big tool box of options.

In this webinar we will be looking at various protocols that proved successful in overcoming some complex chronic issues. Integrating non thermal laser therapy with its scientifically proven technology proved to be the key that bound various approaches together for a successful outcome.

Learning outcomes:

  • One would come away with several options to consider in the treatment of a high end athlete with complex chronic issues.
  • Incorporate new laser research and its clinical applicability for maximise clinical outcomes
  • Discuss a non-thermal laser protocol approach that can be adapted for different clinical presentations in an easy, logical sequence that could be used the following day
  • Appreciate the value of nutrition and breathing techniques in optimising performance, recovery and adaption
