Course Description

FICS is proud to host the International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) in beautiful Minnesota, in partnership with Northwestern Health Science University.

Do you want to be considered to work at the World Games in Birmingham 2022? To apply to work at an international event as a Sports Chiropractic team member you must hold your ICSC certification. Doctors holding a postdoctoral sports-specific chiropractic degree can use this course as the pathway for the awarding of the ICSC. At the time of completion of this seminar, doctors will be required to submit their degree, evidence of working with athletes, and a current first aid accreditation in the last two years.

LOWER Extremity ICSC program:  Date: Pre seminar Theory – Live zoom session – The instructor for this theory seminar will be drawn from FICS international instructor pool. Delivered as a Live zoom Webinar (synchronous program), where the student will complete ten (10 hours of theory online prior to attending the face to face course). This is compulsory to prepare you for the workshop sessions during the hands-on seminar.

Face-To-Face: Dr Tim Stark & Dr Jordan Knowlton-Key

The hands-on session is fully hands-on and you must hold a certificate of completion from the Theory Webinar program (10 hours online learning) to attend the face-to-face session.

What if I register after this live webinar? Can I still attend? Absolutely, Students who register after this live webinar will be sent a link to the online theory where they can access all the recordings, PowerPoint learning material and quizzes. You will need to complete this in your own time before the face to face session.

We are preparing for a Covid19 safe event We are planning for safe distance and controlled capacity. Mandatory use of facemask and we will have extra cleaning shifts. Hands-on practices will be with teams of two with the same teammate for the whole seminar.
