COURSE OUTLINE

International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) program offers an individual chiropractor the credentials required to work at FICS events worldwide. It is the minimum qualification required to be part of a FICS chiropractic delegation at regional sporting events, international events such as the regional and world championships and the World Games. PROGRAMME OUTLINE
Total course 6:10 hours/minutes
ECU will allot CPD for the total course hours to the nearest half-hour.

This course will cover basic principles of exercise physiology, team physiology (working as part of an integrated healthcare team), modalities in sport, photobiomodulation in healthcare (LASER), and strength & conditioning for the sports chiropractor.  The course will provide a basic overview of these topics as well as provide learners with principles they can incorporate into their sports chiropractic practice.

You must score 80% or better to pass the section and Final exam. All exams are timed at one minute per question with a total of three attempts.

  TAKE: Section Quiz 5 questions

• VIEW Physiological Therapeutics – Dr Carlo Guadagno – (Video 12:57)
  TAKE: Section Quiz 5 questions

• VIEW Photobiomodulation in Healthcare – Dr Thomas Robertson – (Video 17:49)
• Strength and Conditioning – Dr Benjamin Stevens – (Video 19:08), Read 3 articles
  TAKE: Section Quiz 6 questions

FINAL COURSE EXAM – 100 questions

• The quiz questions are sequence is randomized and will change every time you click into the assessment or exam.
• The Assessment questions and the Final exam will be presented one question at a time and does not allow backtracking.
