ECU2020 delegate refunds almost complete

As of today, less than a week after the cancelled ECU2020 convention was due to have finished, here’s the score:,

• 95% of delegates have had their fees refunded
• All credit card payments have been returned and are being processed by the credit card companies
• A few delegates who have not yet provided details to enable refunds to be made have been contacted individually by the Registration Office.
