The ECU App for IOS and Android smartphones – sending one short alert each working day which can be news, research, resources, conventions, education, sponsor news, surveys. The app can be downloaded from the Apple store for IOS and through the Android app store.
The ECU Facebook page provides regularly updated articles.
BACKspace
Twice a year the ECU publishes its own free magazine in print and electronic versions. It keeps you up to date with what is going on in the Union containing ECU news, reviews of ECU activities including the much admired ECU Convention and the annual get-together that is Researchers’ Day, news of Special Interest Group activities, 60-second interviews with interesting chiropractic characters, regular chiropractic columnists and the latest on educational developments. There are profiles of key professional initiatives such as GLA:D Back, CPiRLS, Care Response and GEN-C and book reviews. You can view the latest edition here.
GEN-C
GEN-C is a Global Education Network for chiropractors and represents a partnership between the European Chiropractors’ Union (via the European Academy of Chiropractic), Chiropractic Australia and the Royal College of Chiropractors. All three organizations have a long history of providing high quality continuing professional development to the chiropractic profession in their regions. Editorial input from the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub and the Swiss Academy of Chiropractic (SAC) helps to maintain the high quality, evidence-based nature of the learning material
By combining resources, the GEN-C online platform enables the production of high-quality educational programmes that will assist clinicians in improving patient care and clinical outcomes.

Chiropractic & Manual Therapies Journal
All members of ECU national associations have access to Chiropractic and Manual Therapies a scientific open access journal jointly sponsored by the ECU, Chiropractic Australia, the Chiropractors’ Knowledge Center (Kiropraktorernes Videnscenter) and the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC),
In June 2019 the journal was notified that it has been included in the Science Citation Index – Expanded (SCIE), of the Master Journal List of Clarivate Analytics under the ‘Rehabilitation’ category. Journals in the SCIE are indexed in Web of Science and starting with June 2020 received an Impact Factor. This means that CMT is the first journal in the world with “chiropractic” in its title to attain an impact factor.
If you register with the publisher you can elect to receive a regular article alert with the latest content, either every time a new article is published or every 7, 14 or 30 days. You can also specify any particular areas of interest will be sent a relevant alert accordingly. Register with C&MT
The journal offers rapid publication of research findings around the world. To date, its most accessed article has received over 37,000 hits. It offers readers the opportunity to contact researchers via email and comment on the research.
